The Association renders to its members and other parties concerned various services with respect to business information and analytical, legal, technical, and security support. We offer a package of legal services within the framework of the effective legislation of the Russian Federation with a view of protecting exclusive rights to intellectual property objects and fighting manufacturing and circulation of pirated and faulty products.
Informational and Analytical Services
The informational and analytical services of the Association include:
- search and provision of information on business partners and competitors;
- analysis and authentication of the documents provided (contracts, invoices, payment documents, etc.), including the documents provided by foreign partners;
- informational support of commercial transactions, credits, investment projects, bankruptcy procedures;

Legal Services
The legal services of the Association include:
- drafting documents with respect to the issues related to ensuring security of transactions, credits, objects, etc.
- due diligence of the documents provided;
- legal support of payment default and accounts receivable collection issues settlement;
- rendering a range of legal services within the framework of the effective legislation of the Russian Federation with a view of protecting exclusive rights to intellectual property objects and fighting manufacturing and distribution of pirated and faulty products.

- protection of rights and interests of individuals and legal entities in arbitration courts and courts of law in accordance with the legislation in force

Protective and Detective Services
The members of the Association number over 50 private protective agencies exercising all types of protection activities, in the following fields:
- protection of industrial enterprises, offices, storage facilities, objects under construction, child care centers, cultural institutions, participation in public events patrolling;
- escorting cargos forwarded by motor vehicles, railway, maritime, river and air transport;
- protection of countryside residential buildings, bodyguard services for businessmen;
- escorting children and family members;
- patrolling sites along with specially trained dogs;
- carrying out detective investigations;

Detective Agency “POLIS” is the member of the “Association of international cooperation privately owned enterprises of security”, Economic Security Bureau of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, member of the Association of German Detectives (BDD). Major tasks:

- advisory services in the field of organizational and legal support of contractual obligations;
- advisory services for companies with respect to the issues of inherent security assurance;

- The Association keeps contacts with the largest manufacturers of special tools in Russia and overseas and is capable of securing most favorable purchase prices for the concerned buyers.
- Development and design of thermal imaging equipment and software, manufacturing of “Aurora” infrared scanner.
- Thermal imaging examination of industrial objects with a view of enhancing safety and reliability of electrical and power equipment and habitation facilities against impacts of overheats which may result in equipment breakdown and inflammation.

Upgrade Qualifications of the Officers employed in Security Service Agencies
Upgrade qualifications of executives and personnel employed in protective and detective service agencies, study and sharing positive international experience is one of the Association’s objectives.
Preparation of the executives employed in security service agencies for operation in the conditions of our country’s joining WTO (World Trade Organization) and approaching services quality level to world standards.
That is the reason why the Association promotes industry-specific international forums “Security and Safety Technologies” and MIPS, arranges seminars and conferences within the framework of the forums to exchange information and extend positive experience.
